    *Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made on or before October 2, 2025 will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee that is paid to our registration management system and a $50 cancellation fee that will be paid to CohoUS. Cancellations made on or after October 3, 2025 will not be refunded.

    Scholarship Donations

    CohoUS strives to ensure the Cohousing and Beyond Summit is as equitable as possible. We believe that a diverse conference will support our efforts in fostering a diverse movement. To that end, we offer scholarships for attendees with underrepresented identities (including people of color, individuals of varying economic backgrounds, and young people). Please support our efforts by making a donation to the scholarship fund here. All donations are given directly to scholarship recipients.

    Local community tours will be hosted on October 31 and November 1, with unique itineraries each day. Participating communities and detailed schedules to be announced soon! Registration includes lunch and transportation.
