    Cancellations made on or before April 16, 2026 will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee that is paid to our registration management system and a $50 cancellation fee that will be paid to CohoUS. Cancellations made on or after April 17, 2026 will not be refunded.

    Scholarship Donations

    CohoUS strives to ensure the Seattle Cohousing Summit is as equitable as possible. We believe that a diverse conference will support our efforts in fostering a diverse movement. To that end, we offer scholarships for attendees with underrepresented identities (including people of color, individuals of varying economic backgrounds, and young people). Please support our efforts by making a donation to the scholarship fund here. All donations are given directly to scholarship recipients.
