  Invitation to chat about Iowa’s first cohousing development

  Iowa is just a shape on the map to many. I am happy to call Iowa, especially Iowa City, my home. Iowa City is the home of the Univ. of Iowa, and Prairie Hill is THE place in Iowa to experience a cohousing development close to downtown, and fully-occupied as of June 2023. We have two units available for resale. I’m coming to the conference, and would love to share stories with others during a break or over a drink.
