Facilitator Training

Good facilitation can make the difference between long, exhausting, poorly attended meetings and rich, efficient, relationship-building spaces. 

In this course we’ll cover the structures that make meetings run well and the artistry of creative planning and intuition that build safety and connection.  Like most skills, facilitation comes more easily to some than others, but everyone can improve. This course is full of opportunities for participation and will meet you where you are. You will return to your community better able to lead meetings your members will want to attend. 

Everyone has a role to play in effective meeting facilitation. Regardless of whether you consider yourself a facilitator or hold an official role with your community meetings, this training will help you navigate meetings with ease.
