Community Conundrums: People who talk too much

If you’ve lived in community, odds are good that you’ve sat through meetings where one or more other members talked longer than you thought they should, possibly off topic, and in a way that just wasn’t helpful. In this session we’ll talk about why this happens and how to address it. We’ll cover facilitation methods that can greatly reduce the problem without shutting out or putting down the more verbose members of your community.
