Bio

Christina Marshall brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and community development to the cohousing movement. As the founder of Coho Collab, she partners with forming and developing cohousing groups across North America to grow membership, clarify messaging, and build outreach strategies that turn interest into committed future neighbors. With a professional background in senior living, Christina has spent her career focused on connection—helping people find not just housing, but a true sense of belonging. That experience led her to cohousing, where she now works at the intersection of community-building and strategic growth. A graduate and ongoing affiliate of Katie McCamant’s 500 Communities Program, Christina collaborates closely with leading cohousing professionals to bring new communities to life. She specializes in helping forming groups move from early vision to strong, sustainable membership—combining relationship-based sales with practical, actionable marketing systems. Christina is leading the launch of Nörd Commons in the Twin Cities and Kinni Cohousing in Wisconsin, while also supporting projects across the country. She believes cohousing is a bold and necessary response to isolation—and is passionate about helping others turn that vision into reality.
