Urban Development + Partners (UD+P) is a Portland-based real estate development firm with a national reputation for working with cohousing communities. Past projects include PDX Commons, Haystack Heights, Adams Creek, Riversong, Washington Commons and Berkeley Moshav.
Danny Milman, UD+P’s VP of Development Services and Cohousing Lead, brings decades of experience in development and construction, with a focus on community-oriented housing. Her passion for cohousing began in 1992 and led to early work with The CoHousing Company and residency at Berkeley Cohousing.
Danny has since supported over a dozen cohousing communities, offering the leadership and technical expertise needed to deliver complex, community-centered projects—backed by the full UD+P team.
