Gina Condon is a founder, systems thinker, and longtime champion of human-centered innovation. As President and Co-founder of Construct, she spent over a decade helping schools across the country implement student-led design challenges—real-world, purpose-driven experiences that build creative confidence, deepen engagement, and prepare students to thrive. Today, Gina brings that same energy to reimagining how we live, by expanding access to cohousing communities. She sees cohousing as a powerful tool to combat isolation and build neighborhoods rooted in connection, sustainability, and shared purpose.
