Hello, I’m here to learn more about co-housing. I admire the Wolf Creek Lodge Senior Living Co-Housing group in Grass City, California and would love to see a similar style of co-housing in Southern California. I am also investigating starting a new co-housing group using Wolf Creek as a template.
I’m 55, working full time and currently living with my husband, 58 and one adult daughter who has just graduated from USC and another daughter who comes home from UC Irvine every other weekend.
I’m seeking to discuss co-housing options with other seniors who are looking to live their values and have enough capital to purchase their own unit (1-3 bedrooms) and contribute to the common area fees and community.
