Marty is the founder of Fair Oaks EcoHousing. She visited Southside Park Cohousing many years ago. She believes the world needs more cohousing, so she contacted Chuck Durrett and Katie McCamant. She found land and marketed the concept to find more people. Fair Oaks EcoHousing started construction in 2018, and residents moved in during 2020.
