Pam is a founding member of Columbia Ecovillage Condominium, a Cohousing community located in Portland, Oregon. She is the owner of HOA Coaching, LLC and offers consulting services to self-managed community associations as a way to help them understand what it means to be an Owners Association.
Pam graduated with a law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and is an inactive/retired member of the Oregon State Bar. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
