Phil is the founder of Live Near Friends – which helps people buy or build homes next to friends and family.
He has a real estate development background and was one of the founding team members of Culdesac (building 1000-person car-free neighborhoods in the US)
He and his wife have started 4 co-housing projects in California – including Radish where they live with 20 of their best friends and 8 kids under the age of 4.
