Mr. Stephen Barr (Steve, he/him) is an environmental engineer and elected official with 15 years of experience in environmental engineering, international development, and non-profit organizations and has a lifelong dedication to environmental causes and community development programs. Steve lives in Highline Crossing Cohousing Community in Littleton, CO, and also serves on Littleton City Council representing the district that includes Highline Crossing.
