Community Conundrums: Members aren’t following agreements, now what?

In a conventional HOA if people aren’t following the rules, you can ask the board to step in. Cohousing doesn’t work that way.  What do we do in cohousing when someone parks in the guest spaces, uses the pool after hours or doesn’t clean up after their pet?  In this session we’ll talk about how agreements work in community and the options we have for addressing non-compliance.  We’ll also talk about the likely outcomes of those options and some strategies for using the approach that will work best for you.
