Sacramento Community Tours – Friday, October 31st

October 31 – Sacramento & Davis Area Tour
On this tour, you’ll visit several foundational communities that helped shape cohousing in the U.S. We’ll begin at Southside Park Cohousing, a vibrant urban community in Sacramento. Then we’ll head to Washington Commons Cohousing, a newly completed urban infill project in West Sacramento. From there, we’ll travel to Davis to explore Muir Commons, the first cohousing community built in North America, followed by a walk through N Street Cohousing, an innovative retrofit neighborhood where individual homes became a connected, cooperative community.

Registration includes lunch and transportation.

Please note: Refunds (minus a 10% service fee) will be available on bus tour ticket cancellations until October 15. Cancellations made on or after October 16, 2025 will not be refunded.
