Join us for immersive bus tours to visit thriving cohousing communities across the Sacramento and Sierra Nevada regions. Each day will showcase a different set of communities—ranging from pioneering retrofit neighborhoods to newer multigenerational and senior-focused models. You’ll hear directly from residents, tour shared spaces and homes, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how these communities were created and sustained. Lunch is provided on the tours and hosted at one of the communities we visit, making it a great opportunity to connect and experience cohousing firsthand. Choose one tour or come along for both to see the full diversity of what cohousing can be.
