The Cohousing and Beyond Summit is produced by the Cohousing Association of the US (CohoUS), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We value diversity and strive to create an event that is inclusive of many identities and perspectives. The registration levels were developed to make the conference as accessible as possible to a wide range of attendees. Pricing is outlined below. For scholarship opportunities please go to this link:

Yes! There are scholarships available that will prioritize individuals whose identities have been historically underrepresented at conferences (BIPOC, young people, those with parenting/caregiving duties). You can apply for scholarships here.

From Denver International Airport, take the A-line lightrail to Union Station. Then, transfer to lines E or W to Ball Arena/Elitch Gardens station. From here, it will be a 0.3 mi walk to Tivoli Student Union and/or Springhill Suites.

Cancellations made on or before June 30, 2024 will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee that is paid to our registration management system and $100 cancellation fee that will be paid to CohoUS. The fees collected by CohoUS will be donated to our scholarship fund. Cancellations made after June 30, 2024 will not be refunded.
