Location & Venue

Sierra 2 Center for the Arts and Community
2791 24th Street | Sacramento, CA 95818

We’re thrilled to host Beyond Cohousing: A Gathering on Collaborative Neighborhoods at the Sierra 2 Center — a beloved historic venue in the heart of Sacramento’s Curtis Park neighborhood. With beautiful gathering spaces and a long history of serving community-based initiatives, it’s the perfect backdrop for conversations about connection, collaboration, and future-ready living.

Why Sacramento?
Sacramento is more than California’s capital — it’s a hub of intentional communities, co-ops, and collaborative housing efforts. The city and surrounding region are home to a growing network of cohousing neighborhoods, retrofit communities, and grassroots models of shared living.

By gathering here, we’re tapping into that energy — bringing together local innovators and national changemakers to spark ideas, share stories, and build what comes next.
