If you’ve been keeping your interest list in a spreadsheet, on your newsletter email platform, or maybe even on pieces of paper, this session is a must attend for those focused on the marketing and recruitment of members. Gathering your leads (interested people) and managing the relationships with these people is one of the most valuable things you can do. It will save you time and money, and it is key in successful recruitment. In this session, Shelly will share what a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system can do for your marketing and recruitment efforts, what to track, best practices and how you can easily set up a system specifically for your cohousing community.

Using the platform Hubspot, Shelly will demonstrate and explain what a CRM system is and why using one is so important for both marketing and recruitment of members. Keeping it simple, she’ll share how to set up a system, what to track, and how to ensure your marketing dollars and your time are not wasted. From this session you will come away with an understanding of a CRM system, why it is a critical piece in your recruitment efforts and, most importantly, how to get your own CRM system up and going.
