If we want to see a cohousing community on every corner, we must drastically increase the number of architects and other professionals who understand community-driven design. Led by renowned cohousing expert and architect, Grace Kim, this course will explore community-oriented neighborhoods and multi-family housing. You will leave with the tools and connections to catalyze a project in your area.
In 6 sessions, you will:
- Gain tools to design successful community-oriented neighborhoods
- Learn from professionals with experience designing for multi-family housing
- Collaborate with other architects and share ideas
- Build a network of people who are interested in Cohousing
- Develop the tools to catalyze a project in your area
- Be ready to partner with a cohousing architect or cohousing developer on a forming community.

- Learn at your own pace
- Monthly deep dives led by a cohousing professional

Pricing
This program will eventually cost $5,000 for 30+ hours of professional training, however it is being offered this first time for $2,000.
CohoUS partners receive a 25% discount making the program costs $1,500.
