3/23: Prepare for Property: Cultivate Your Local Market

Join Katie McCamant and Erin Harris from CoHousing Solutions March 23 3-5pm PT for this online training.

Course Description

So you want to live in cohousing, but there is nothing available that suits your needs in your region. How do people get a new community off the ground? Many groups think people will show up as soon as they have property but they must first cultivate a local market.

Katie and Erin will cover the most effective ways to launch a new community and make the most of the first year. They’ll explain how to build the market for cohousing in your region, early-stage marketing strategies, and get your community ready to look for land.

Katie and Erin draw from the years of experience working with groups to launch their communities.
