Jennie Lindberg and her husband, Dean Smith, are co-founders of Sunnyside Village Cohousing, just about 30 miles north of Seattle. They both love the idea of living in community, working and sharing meals together. They are excited to see their vision becoming a reality as construction begins this summer and move-in in 2027!
