In this 60-minute workshop, participants will explore the concept of intentionally slowing down in the short term to build stronger, more cohesive communities. By embracing patience and deliberate action, community members can create deeper connections, trust, and shared understanding. These foundations enable the group to move more effectively and efficiently together in the long term. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, attendees will learn how to cultivate social cohesion that leads to sustainable, collective progress.
Please note: The formal program is scheduled to last an hour, however, Pedro has agreed to stay on Zoom for an additional 30 minutes to continue leading additional practice exercises and/or answer any questions for those who would like to dive deeper.
