Understanding Density

What do those zoning designations mean? What does 6 units/acre look like? 10 units/acres? 15 units/acre? 20+ units/acre?   How much land do you need for 1-story cottages? For 2-story townhomes?  For an elevator building?  At what density do we not get private backyards?   Using visuals of real projects, the presenter will give participants a visual tour of different densities so that you can better hone your site search.
