Conference Location
We are proud to host the 2024 National Cohousing Conference at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Denver, CO. The Denver metro area is home to several existing and forming communities, and is within an hour from Boulder and Fort Collins, both cohousing hot spots. Tours of both Denver-area and Boulder communities will be offered on July 31 and August 1.
The conference will be held in the Tivoli Student Union of the Auraria Campus, in the heart of downtown Denver. The Auraria Campus is a dynamic academic environment shared by three separate and distinct institutions of higher learning that are all designated Hispanic Serving Institutions. With easy lightrail access from Denver International Airport and Union Station, our venue is accessible and close to many of Denver’s greatest attractions.
Hotel information
Conference attendees are invited to stay at the adjacent Springhill Suites Denver Downtown. This hotel is directly across the street from the Tivoli Student Union, and the entire hotel has been reserved for the cohousing conference community. Conference attendees can access our group rate ($229/night) using this link.
This rate is available Wednesday, July 31 – Monday, August 5. Please note that room availability is most extensive on the nights of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and will be more limited at the beginning and end of the stated block. If you are looking to purchase a room for Thursday – Saturday night, please adjust the check-in and check-out dates on the hotel registration form to see the accurate availability reflected for that period of time.
